360 Series
General Purpose, Highly Configurable Control Valve
1/2 to 8 inch NPS (15 to 200mm DN)
Globe and Angle Body Styles
RF | RTJ | BWE | SWE | FNPT Available End Connections
ASME B16.34 Class 150 to 600 Pressure Rating
ANSI/FCI 70.2 and IEC 60534-4 Class II to VI Shutoff
360 Series control valves are heavy-duty globe and angle style valves perfect for general service or severe service applications. These valves are used in a variety of demanding environments, including oil and gas, chemical/ petro-chemical, power generation, water distribution and/or treatment, and general industries.
The standard actuator for 360 Series valves is a Dyna-Flo Model DFC (fail closed) or DFO (fail open) linear actuator. These heavy-duty actuators are spring and diaphragm style, and can be used for throttling or on-off service, with or without a valve positioner.
Applications
Oil and gas, chemical/petro-chemical, power generation, water distribution and/or treatment, and general industries.

350 Series
A severe service control valve with larger internal cavities for noise and cavitation control.
- 6 to 12 inch NPS (150 to 300mm DN)
- Globe Body Style
- RF | RTJ | BWE Available End Connections
- ASME B16.34 Class 150 to 600 Pressure Rating
- ANSI/FCI 70.2 and IEC 60534-4 Class II to V Shutoff
350 Series control valves are heavy-duty globe style valves featuring expanded end connections and large internal cavities. Designed to keep valve outlet velocities within practical limits, these high-capacity valves are well suited for service applications where oversized piping is used to limit flow velocities.
These control valves are cage guided, single port valves that can be used for both throttling or on/off process control. Functioning especially well for noise reduction requirements, 350 Series valves offer superior performance.
Applications
Well suited for service applications where oversized piping is used to limit flow velocities

370 Series
Larger version of the 360 Series, which is our most versatile, general purpose control valve series.
- 12 inch NPS (300mm DN) valve body with 12, 14 or 16 inch flanges
- Globe Body Style
- RF and RTJ Available End Connections
- ASME B16.34 Class 150 to 600 Pressure Rating
- ANSI/FCI 70.2 and IEC 60534-4 Class III to V Shutoff
370 Series control valves are heavy-duty globe style control valves designed to be larger versions of our 360 Series control valves. These valves are used in a variety of demanding environments, including oil and gas, chemical/ petro-chemical, power generation, water distribution and/or treatment, and general industries.
These valves are balanced, cage guided, single port valves that can be used for either throttling or on/off control of liquids or gasses.
Applications
Used in a variety of demanding environments, including oil and gas, chemical/ petro-chemical, power generation, water distribution and/or treatment, and general industries.

390 Series
A high pressure, severe service control valve used in various demanding applications.
- 1 to 8x6 inch NPS (25 to 200x150mm DN)
- Globe and Angle Body Styles
- RF | RTJ | BWE Available End Connections
- ASME B16.34 Class 900 & 1500 Pressure Rating
- ANSI/FCI 70.2 and IEC 60534-4 Class II to V Shutoff
390 Series control valves are heavy-duty globe style valves used in a variety of demanding applications, including oil and gas, chemical/ petro-chemical, power generation, water distribution and/or treatment, and general industries.
Applications
oil and gas, chemical/ petro-chemical, power generation, water distribution and/or treatment, and general industries.

Model CM
DESCRIPTION
The Model CM is an angle valve that holds a bubble-tight, closed position until pressure reaches an exact set point. At set point, the valve instantly opens to relieve pressure from a protected system.
SPECIFICATIONS
NOTE: Taylor Valve reserves the right to change product designs and specifications without notice.
APPLICATIONS
The Model C-M valve is used mainly on steam jacketed flow systems and in the pulp and paper industry. It can also be used nearly anywhere conventional relief valves and rupture discs are currently being used.
PRODUCT FEATURE
This valve has no voids where material can get packed into. The media flow moves past a flat piston and there is an angled port provided to inject water to clear the seat of solids prior to re-seating the piston.

Model H
DESCRIPTION
The Model H is best in Methanol and Chemical Injection Systems and is available for pressure set points up to 20,000 PSI. The product is an angle valve that holds a bubble-tight, closed position until the pressure reaches an exact point, at which time the valve will open within milliseconds creating minimal exposure of the flow to the piston. The Model H is unaffected by pulsating pressure or changing ambient temperate at the pin. This valve is best suited for high pressures with low volume applications.
SPECIFICATIONS
Set Pressure: 1,000 – 20,000 Psi
Accuracy: + / – 5%
Connections: Standard and custom available.
Seals: Available for high pressures, Kalrez or Viton seals.
Standard Materials: Body 316 SS, 316 SS trim is standard.

APPLICATIONS
The Model H valve is used mainly in Methanol and Chemical Injection Systems. It is the ideal substitute for rupture discs or Belville washer type relief valves. It can also be used nearly anywhere conventional relief valves and rupture discs are currently being used especially in a high-pressure situation.
